WashingtonExec is excited to announce the launch of WashingtonExec’s membership-based executive recruiting service.

WashingtonExec launched the membership-based recruiting service as a value-added option to its current members. The recruiting service is for member companies looking to fill senior-level GovCon management positions and will act as a less expensive option than larger search firms.

WashingtonExec intends to utilize its network of members and member companies’ insights into market dynamics, business and organizational changes, organizational design, and position success factors. WashingtonExec will make use of this information in a fashion that enables its clients to find the best candidates in the marketplace.

“Given the sheer size of WashingtonExec’s membership, the network that we have established in the GovCon industry, and the number of informal searches that we have conducted, it was a logical step for us to create a formalized recruiting service that can act as yet another service to our member companies,” said Founder and CEO of WashingtonExec, JD Kathuria.

In addition to the full utilization of its network of active executive members and member companies, WashingtonExec will conduct its own independent research into the market and its own direct recruiting process. This includes fully mapping the relevant market, identification of its client’s competitors, and bringing the best players within its client’s industry to the table.
