Luanne Pavco, IBM, SECAF 2015 Small Business Partner of the Year

The Small and Emerging Contractors Advisory Forum (SECAF) will present its 8th Annual Government Contractor Awards on May 12, 2016. The awards honor small and emerging government contractors and the players in the industry that rely on small businesses.

Awards in following categories will be given:

  • Government Contractor of the Year — For companies that have shown a compelling and profound commitment to excellence in financial performance.
  • Award of Excellence — Highlights organizations that represent excellence within their respective communities, the government contracting industry and towards employees
  • Government Project of the Year — Recognizes companies that have delivered an exemplary program with significant value to the federal government.
  • Small Business Partner of the Year — For organizations that have demonstrated the ability to establish and support mentorships, teaming, partnerships and other beneficial programs for small businesses.

The 2015 winners included Apogee Research, Cybermedia Technologies Inc., Atlas Research, IntelliWare Systems Inc., VariQ Corporation, IBM, Business Information Technology Solutions Inc. and Defense Intelligence Agency Director of the Office of Small Business Programs Maria L. Kersey.
