Fairfax, Va.-based Salient CRGT Inc. announced Nov. 3 that the company has earned its 27001:2013 certification from the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).

Achieving this standard certifies that Salient CRGT has the requisite information security controls in place to protect customer data. ISO 27001:2013 specifies the requirements for establishing, implementing, maintaining and continually improving an information security management system within the context of the organization. It also includes requirements for the assessment and treatment of information security risks tailored to the needs of the organization.
