Reston, Va.-based Pragmatics announced Oct 14 that it has been selected as a 2015 Corporate Culture Award winner by Washington SmartCEO. The awards celebrate 50 companies in Greater Washington that have successfully championed a positive, productive and performance-driven culture and worked with their employees to develop successful cultural practices.

“As Pragmatics celebrates its thirtieth anniversary in 2015, we continue to maintain a successful, quality-driven culture by creating numerous opportunities to recognize our employees, reward them for their hard work and dedication, and offer them the opportunity to develop their potential and best serve our federal clients,” Pragmatics CEO Dr. Long Nguyen said. “I am gratified by this recognition of our successful cultural practices.”

Winners are recognized for successfully fostering a creative, collaborative workplace culture that has helped them enhance performance and sustain a competitive advantage.

Pragmatics and the other winners will be profiled in the November/December issue of SmartCEO magazine and celebrated at an awards ceremony on Dec. 1 in Silver Spring, Md.
