It was announced on September 14th by Herndon, Va.-based Tech 2000 that it has raised $3 million through a subordinated secured debt and preferred stock offering to affiliates of U.S. Boston Capital Corp to expand its appnetic and Lunious Software as a Service (SaaS) offerings.
appnetic is a B2B SaaS mobile sales enablement platform which targets technology companies and manufacturers. It integrates four functions; native app builder, content manager, content distribution and communications and analytics.
Lumious is also a SaaS platform that focuses on learning analytics and therefore targets corporate training and Human Resources departments. Lumious captures data and provides analytics and observations on all learning activities which allows companies to customize learning experiences.
Tien Wong, CEO of Tech 2000 said, “We’re super excited about this funding round, which will allow us to aggressively expand our appnetic and Lumious enterprise SaaS business.”
