It was announced on September 9th by Reston, Va.-based MetroStar Systems, Inc. that Joseph “J” Kinder has been named General Manager of Cyber Operations and Tactics. He will be joining a team of cyber experts that will be responsible for continuing to grow and expand MetroStar’s presence in the cyberspace arena.
Kinder brings 30 years of U.S. Navy experience to his new position. He has worked in cyberspace operations at the U.S. Cyber Command and U.S. Fleet Cyber command.
Ali Reza Manouchehri, Chief Executive Officer of MetroStar said, “Cyber is an emerging and dynamic field with a continuously evolving and complex environment. I’m excited to have “J” drive that understanding and capabilities for our clients at MetroStar Systems. We have a long-term plan for developing solutions and training cyber operations. Our aim is to develop key processes and knowledge that will mediate interactions in real-time between defenders and adversaries, focused on social cognitive factors.”
