Constellis Group of Reston, Va. announced August 10 the appointment of Rosalind Kadasi as the company’s new CFO. She formerly served as the Chief Financial Officer and VP of Administration for ARTEL, LLC.
“We’re thrilled to have Ros as a part of our team not only because of her financial management expertise, but her deep knowledge in compliance and process improvement,” said Constellis CEO Craig Nixon. “As we continue to grow our business domestically and internationally, her expertise and leadership will be a critical factor in our future success.”
Kadasi has been in the financial industry for more than 20 years and is a member of the American Insititue of Certified Public Accountants and the Society of CPAs in both Virginia and Louisiana. In 2013 the Northern Virginia Technology Council named Kadasi as a finalist for “CFO of the Year”.
In addition to ARTELL Kadasi has also held various executive positions at BearingPoint, Nortel and AC Technologies.
