Addx Corporation announced on August 6, 2015 that Emily Elks has joined the company as Director of Proposal Development. She is now responsible for coordinating every step of the proposal process as well as all efforts to win new business and retain existing customers.

“We are pleased to welcome Emily to the Addx team, and in the short time she has been here she has already added great value to our proposal development operation,” said Addx’s CEO, Bill Millward. “Emily is a highly experienced proposal director with solid leadership skills and proven communication capability, which we anticipate will be great assets to us as we continue to push into our next major stage of corporate growth.”

Elks has more than 20 years of experience in commercial and governmental proposal development. Most recently, she served as an independent consultant for multiple federal contractors, of these include: Fluor, Parsons and ManTech. In 2006 she was director of proposals at Kellogg Brown & Roots where she managed more than 100 proposals.

“Addx is an extraordinary company with strong leadership, an entrepreneurial culture and a clearly tenacious nature in its dedication to partnering with government customers to solve some of the biggest problems being faced today,” added Elks. “I look forward to being a part of the ongoing Addx success story.”
