    Kicking into the official summer months, here’s what has happened within the govcon industry the last week of May:

    Salient Federal Solutions CEO Brad Antle spoke to WashingtonExec about Internet of Things (IoT) and the potential complications IoT personal and professional devices can have on secure networks.

    Continuing out GovCon Family series, Jane Forman and Jon Carr talk about their family dynamic while working the in same industry.

    In executive moves, ACT-IAC, CenturyLink and Leidos all announced new leadership positions.

    For upcoming events, the WashingtonExec STEM Council will host Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology (TJHSST) senior Pooja Chandrashekar on June 1o for a “Meet and Greet” to discuss “ProjectCSGirls,” a nonprofit she founded to encourage young girls around the world to pursue careers in the STEM fields.
