Leidos Holdings Inc., of Reston, Va., announced May 19 the appointment of Jonathan Scholl as Health and Engineering Sector President, effective June 22, 2015.

Scholl will be responsible for leading nearly 7,000 employees working in the areas of healthcare IT, electronic health records, advanced data analytics, health and life sciences, and clinical research. He will also oversee operations related to energy grid and critical infrastructure, design, engineering and transportation security products. He has previously served at Texas Health Resources, The Boston Consulting group and TenFold HealthCare Group.
Scholl earned a master’s degree in business administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science from the U.S. Naval Academy.
