Data Systems Analysts Inc. (DSA) announced Feb. 27 that the company has been awarded a task order by Program Executive Office (PEO) Ammunition Operational and Information Technology Support and Services (AOITSS) under its ENCORE II contract.

“We are delighted with the award of this contract to support the Warfighter,” DSA CEO Fran Pierce said. “Along with our subcontractor, SMS Data Products (SMS), we look forward to supporting PEO AMMO in achieving its business transformation and system enhancement goals through strategic planning, engineering and field support services.”

“The continuation of this contract shows the confidence the Army has with DSA and SMS and further illustrates their ongoing commitment to meeting the Army’s mission critical information goals in supporting the warfighter,” SMS Vice President of Strategic Programs John Cordeiro said. “We are confident that our engineers and staff will assist in transforming the Army to a managed service environment with more flexible and affordable solutions.”

DSA and SMS will continue to provide the Army with business process transformation, IT systems development, operations and maintenance, and managed services.
