AMERICAN SYSTEMS, of Chantilly, Va., announced May 5 the appointment of Keith McGhee as Vice President and Director of the Global Training and Development (GTD) Directorate.
“In his new role as vice president/director of the GTD Directorate, Keith will pioneer new opportunities and elevate existing programs, and we expect that he will act as a significant growth catalyst for the company,” AMERICAN SYSTEMS Vice President and GM of HCMS Jason Frye said.
McGhee will be responsible for the identification and prosecution of new business opportunities and the execution of the programs within the GTD Directorate of AMERICAN SYSTEMS’ Human Capital & Managed Services (HCMS) offering. He will also oversee all activities related to program, project and technical performance, and contract, financial and personnel management.
McGhee brings more than 25 years of experience to the position. He has held senior positions at Valkyrie Enterprises, CACI International and American Management Systems. He is a certified Project Management Professional and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and earned master’s degrees from Old Dominion University and the College of William and Mary.
