KPMG Acquires Triad Technology Partners’ ServiceNow Professional Services Team

Triad Technology Partners announced April 21 that its ServiceNow Professional Services team has been acquired by U.S. audit, tax and advisory firm KPMG LLP.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
