    ECS Federal Partners with and Secures Financial Investment from Lindsay Goldberg LLC

    Fairfax, Va.-based ECS Federal LLC, a U.S. government technology provider, announced April 9 that the company has partnered with and secured a financial investment from private investment firm Lindsay Goldberg LLC.

    “The federal services market is poised for a period of growth, and this partnership with Lindsay Goldberg will enable ECS Federal to capitalize on the significant opportunities in the marketplace,” ECS Federal Founder and Chairman Roy Kapani said. “ECS now has the resources necessary to accelerate growth through strategic acquisitions and initiatives that complement our strong organic growth story.”

    “Access to significant capital and an experienced partner like Lindsay Goldberg provides ECS Federal with a competitive advantage in the market,” ECS Federal CEO and President George Wilson said. “With their support and involvement, we will continue to expand capabilities, offer greater solutions to customers and provide more opportunities for our employees.”

    “ECS Federal has a strong culture of excellence and dedication to serving its customers, with significant growth opportunities in its field,” Lindsay Goldberg partner Russell Triedman said. “We look forward to partnering with ECS, its leadership team and its employees to help support the Company’s continued growth and success well into the future.”

    Financial details of the investment were not disclosed.
