Business management consulting firm Whitney, Bradley & Brown Inc. (WBB), based in Reston, Va., has added Sharie Bourbeau to its team. Her background includes working in executive roles at the Dept. of the Navy and Dept. of Homeland Security.

“We are lucky to have such an accomplished individual join our team,” WBB Chief Operating Officer Robert Olsen said. “Sharie has proved time and time again that she is capable of great things. We look forward to Sharie continuing the same quality of work for our clients.”

Some of Bourbeau’s most notable achievements include leading U.S. Customs and Border Protections’ 60,000 employees through a transformation to a strategic framework for long-term resource management. She also planned and executed initiatives for managing an annual budget in excess of $30 billion for the Navy’s largest engineering and acquisition command. Additionally, Bourbeau served as a head of Life-Work Balance initiatives designed to attract and retain a vital workforce and introducing workforce and workplace mobility programs across the Navy.
