More than 60 executives attended WashingtonExec‘s February govcon happy hour at Maggiano’s in Tysons Corner, Va., on Thursday, Feb. 5. The event was sponsored by Avision Group LLC Founder and CEO Angela Berzonsky, whose company’s website went live the same day.

Avision Group LLC is a woman-owned small business consulting firm based in Northern Virginia which specializes in both public and commercial markets by delivering leading solutions to complex problems.

“Avision was proud to sponsor WashingtonExec’s Happy Hour and excited to leverage the event to announce that we are open for business in the present of such a prestigious group of executives,” Angela Berzonsky said. “I believe this event alone will strengthen our foundation for success and foster many business relationships to come.”

WashingtonExec GovCon Executive Happy Hour events aim to foster collaboration and networking among those in the government and contracting sphere.

The WashingtonExec Federal Acquisition Council for Business Development Professionals, Mobility Council, Big Data Council, Leadership Council, Intelligence Council, Strategic Human Capital Council, STEM Council and Federal Business Council were all represented at the happy hour.

WashingtonExec is gearing up for its 2015 K-12 STEM Symposium on March 7, 2015, at the Nysmith School in Herndon, Va. We expect more than 2,500 students, parents and teachers to attend the all-day, free event.
