Trowbridge & Trowbridge, LLC (T&T) announced Monday that it has expanded the company’s executive team to include Wendy H. Martin as Senior Vice President of Business Development and William Shaw as Vice President of Contracts, Procurement and Pricing.

The McLean-based company makes these management expansions in anticipation of continued growth in 2015. Martin will report to President & CEO Karen Trowbridge, and Shaw will report to Chief Administrative Officer Bob Smith.

“Given the increasing size and complexity of the business opportunities that T&T is pursuing and capturing, it is imperative that we enhance our team from both a Business Development and Administration perspective,” said Trowbridge. “This is just another example of T&T’s commitment to continual improvement and to exceeding the expectations of our customers.”

Martin has more than 20 years of experience with contractors such as Northrup Grumman and Harris. She brings expertise in project and digital design engineering to T&T. Shaw has worked for companies such as Vistronix, L-3 Communications and Vencore, and he brings expertise in contract administration, procurement operations and pricing methodologies to the table at T&T.

“We are looking forward to achieving even greater success in 2015 through the addition of Wendy and Bill to our management team,” said Smith. “Additionally, their deep and varied expertise and unique skill sets will have an immediate and positive impact on our already solid customer and industry relationships.”
