MicroPact Inc., based in Herndon, Va., announced Feb. 2 the appointment of Mary Grace “MG” Karch as the Director of Partner Programs. The MicroPact Partner Program, which includes NTT Data Federal and CACI International, connects organizations with specific areas of expertise with entellitrak®, a unified development platform for Case Management and BPM applications.

“MG understands the vital role innovative technology plays for both commercial and federal enterprises,” MicroPact CEO, President and Founder Kris Collo said. “Her wealth of experience and knowledge adds a great deal to MicroPact’s growing business development team as we continue to expand and strengthen our strategic alliances and partnerships.”

“As a FedRAMP Compliant Cloud Service Provider, MicroPact has built a solid reputation as a secure, customer-driven software company in the federal and commercial markets,” Karch said. “I look forward to building on that reputation and enhancing the role MicroPact and our trusted partners play in serving a growing list of enterprises around the globe. I am particularly excited about the proven experience MicroPact also brings to the security industry for mission critical case management applications in areas such as background investigations, IG audits and investigations, and incident management to name a few.”

Karch brings more than 20 years of experience in the federal, municipal and critical infrastructure software sectors to the position. She most recently served as Vice President Federal Systems at IDV Solutions. Additionally, Karch serves as chairwoman of the Critical Infrastructure Protection Committee for the Security Industry Association (SIA), a global security industry trade association.
