MicroPact Inc., based in Herndon, Va., announced Jan. 8 that the company has named Growson Edwards to the newly-created position of Chief Customer Officer (CCO), effective immediately.
Edwards has been with MicroPact for more than 13 years, having previously served as Senior Vice President of Business Development for the last three years.
“Growson has proven to be a passionate leader, a trusted strategist, and a dedicated member of my senior management team,” MicroPact President and CEO Kris Collo said. “Under his leadership as Senior Vice President, the Business Development team has posted record-breaking sales year after year and achieved a 97 percent annual maintenance renewal rate.”
“Because the entellitrak® platform takes a Data-First™ approach to Case Management and Business Process Management, we work closely with our customers to really understand what information or data is central to the systems they need,” Edwards said. “I’m very excited about this new opportunity and what it means for MicroPact and the enterprise customers we serve.”
As CCO, Edwards will oversee Business Development, Professional Services and Customer Relations at MicroPact. He will report directly to Collo, who founded MicroPact more than 17 years ago.
