MicroPact Inc., based in Herndon, Va., announced Feb. 2 the appointment of Mary Grace “MG” Karch as the Director of Partner Programs. The MicroPact Partner Program, which includes NTT Data Federal and CACI International, connects organizations with specific areas of expertise with entellitrak®, a unified development platform for Case Management and BPM applications.

Karch brings more than 20 years of experience in the federal, municipal and critical infrastructure software sectors to the position. She most recently served as Vice President Federal Systems at IDV Solutions. Additionally, Karch serves as chairwoman of the Critical Infrastructure Protection Committee for the Security Industry Association (SIA), a global security industry trade association.
