    Amyx, Inc. Promotes Kristopher McKinley to Vice President of Finance and Contracts

    Reston-based Amyx, Inc. announced Jan. 30 the promotion of Kristopher McKinley to the position of Vice President of Finance and Contracts. In his new role, McKinley will manage the company’s contracts, its banking relationships, and its overall financial strategy.

    Satya Akula, Amyx’s President and CEO, had this to say about the promotion:

    “We are excited to announce the promotion of Kris. He has been with the company for eight years in a different capacity. We strongly feel that we need someone in this role given the company’s growth in the last two years and our expected future growth.”

    Prior to this promotion, McKinley served as Senior Director of Amyx, and he held previous finance and contracts positions at DRS Technical Services and American Management Systems. He earned a B.S. from Northeastern University and is an active member of the Northern Virginia community, including participation in industry and local organizations and coaching youth hockey.

    Founded in 1999, Amyx provides Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance, Business Process Re-engineering, Information Technology Servicess and Solutions, Software Design and Development, and Program and Acquisition Management to government clients.
