Vistronix, based in Reston, Va., announced Jan. 12 the promotion of Paul Falkler to President, National Intelligence Sector, from Corporate Vice President, National Intelligence Advanced Programs.

“Leading Vistronix’s National Intel Sector is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, allowing me the opportunity to work with some of the most talented people in the industry to support our customer’s most important missions,” Falkler said.

“Paul has been on the cutting edge of cybersecurity, including leading the development of a multi-billion dollar portfolio of cybersecurity services and overseeing several key cyber-related acquisitions,” Vistronix CEO and President John Hassoun said. “We are confident in his ability to lead and expand our solutions for the national intelligence community.”

Falkler has been with Vistronix since May 2014. He previously served as Varen Technologies’ Director of Strategic Development and BAE Systems’ Vice President and General Manager for IT and Cybersecurity.

Falkler earned a bachelor’s degree from Towson University and a M.B.A. from the University of Baltimore. He has served in the Dept. of Defense for more than a decade in a variety of roles, including program management and chief of human resources for technology and systems.
