Reston, Va.-based Vistronix announced Jan. 5 the appointment of John Hassoun as CEO, effective immediately, in addition to his role as Corporate President. Former CEO, Deepak Hathiramani, will retain the role of Chairman of the Board.

“Deepak’s vision over the past 20 years has set Vistronix on a course for great success and I am fortunate to have had his expert counsel over the past two and a half years,” Hassoun said. “Now as Vistronix’s CEO and President, I see incredible opportunities ahead for us. We will be capitalizing on our recent acquisitions to further align with our customers’ missions by providing innovative technologies that reduce costs, improve efficiencies and solve complex challenges now and into the future.”
