Reston, Va.-based Whitney, Bradley & Brown Inc. (WBB) announced Nov. 24 the appointment of Carol Turpin as the company’s new Vice President of Proposals.
“Carol has exceptional work experience that aligns well with the company’s strategic growth initiatives.” WBB President and CEO William McMullen said. “Carol’s appointment, coupled with our new ISO 9001 certification, is sure to bring more depth and versatility to our capture and proposal processes.”
Turpin will be responsible for leading the company’s proposal center for DoD and federal civilian customers. She has a 100 percent success rate in preparing and negotiating GSA Schedule contracts for a variety of products and services.
Turpin brings more than 20 years of experience to the position and has supported large and small businesses. Most recently, she managed proposals at an $800 million business unit of SAIC, supporting the warfighter with information technology and intelligence analysis services.
