Information technology and management consulting firm Project Performance Company (PPC) announced Sept. 9 plans to advance its energy and environmental management practice, featuring a comprehensive suite of energy management services for industry and public sector clients entitled EMneXus.

“This is a key step in our strategy to focus on growth markets of national and global significance, consistent with PPC’s strong past performance and our core strength of providing leading solutions in energy and environmental management,” PPC CEO Paul Strasser said. “It also aligns with one of PPC’s strong cultural values of being at the forefront of green-thinking and social responsibility.”

As a part of these plans, the McLean, Va.-based company signed a partner agreement with energy management software pioneer Enerit to offer clients an innovative energy management-as-a-service model based upon the ISO 50001 energy management system standard.

The PPC and Enerit partnership combines PPC’s corporate energy management and analysis expertise gained through experience working with U.S. manufacturers and the U.S. Department of Energy.

PPC’s EMneXus, powered by Enerit, will provide energy managers with the tools and expertise needed to assess and optimize their energy use.
