HR Alliance, formerly known as WTPF, will start off its new year of events with a Sept. 10 breakfast presentation on employee engagement from Michael Heller of Pillar One Consulting and Scott DiGiammarino of Reel Potential.

“We are excited about kicking off the 2014-2015 year under our new name,” said Emily Bender, President HR Alliance and Sr. Vice President of Human Resources, Orbital Sciences Corporation, in a statement. “We’re committed to providing the same quality training, content, and insight our members have come to expect with a refreshed image.”

This summer, the 50 year-old organization rebranded themselves as HR Alliance to better reflect the mission and activities of the organization. The company provides programming and membership to those working in the human resources sector.

HR Alliance also conducts and distributes an annual Compensation Survey for the Washington, D.C. technology services community.

The Sept. 10 breakfast at the Gannett Building in McLean will explore the critical topic of Employee Engagement.
