Earlier this week MacAulay-Brown, Inc. (MacB), a leading National Security company delivering advanced engineering services and product solutions to Defense, Intelligence, Special Operations Forces, Homeland Security and Federal agencies, named Troy Kohler Vice President. Kohler will lead the Operations and Logistics Division at MacB, centered around Shalimar, Fla. and will report to Senior Vice President and General Manager of MacB’s Mission Systems Group, Fred Norman.
With more than 25 years of government, military and commercial expertise in operations, logistics, business, Kohler will focus on building new and strategic business opportunities for MacB, as well as leading a team of over 300 employees.
“We are excited to welcome Troy to the MacB team,” Norman said. “Throughout his military and industry career, he has demonstrated the ability to successfully manage large organizations with a focus on strategic growth, leadership and professional development. These skills will be instrumental to us as we grow our Operations and Logistics Division.”
Kohler previously worked as director of operations for Autocar Parts, managing a $50 million business and doubling sales in less than two years. Kohler has also held senior level positions at Sears Holdings and Allied Waste Services. Before joining the private sector, Kohler served more than 20 years as an aircraft maintenance and logistics officer in the United States military; including ensuring aircraft readiness support for the entire Pacific theatre.
Kohler received his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Webster University and Bachelor of Science degree in Professional Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
