NorthWind Partners recently welcomed Phoebe Henderson to its team of executive advisory services professionals. Henderson will be a Partner and will be responsible for end-to-end search execution and client development.

Henderson comes to NorthWind with over a decade of executive search experience, serving most recently as managing partner at Benchmark Executive Search, based in Reston.
She’s successfully led senior executive searches across numerous markets, including commercial technology, aeorspace & defense and intelligence, for both public and private companies.
Henderson developed an understanding of client needs from her prior career in satellite technology working in sales and distribution management, market development and program management at several companies including Iridium, Stratos and COMSAT. In these roles, she built relationships across government, NGO, commercial and international markets.
