Vistronix has finalized its acquisition of NetCentric Technology, Inc., a New Jersey-based technology company specializing in big data analytics, cyber security engineering, and cloud computing architectures for customers focused on tactical intelligence and the C4ISR mission.

“NetCentric Technology is an excellent fit for us – and our customers,” said Deepak Hathiramani, CEO of Vistronix. “NetCentric shares our commitment to engineering excellence, ingenuity and innovation, and the combination of Vistronix and NetCentric Technology significantly expands our capability to offer a full range of C4ISR and secure big data analytics solutions to meet the needs of our national security customers.”

Vistronix recently announced the completion of its acquisition of Kimmich Software Systems, Inc., a provider of technology solutions for the U.S. Intelligence Community. The most recent acquisition of NetCentric will expand the company’s footprint in cloud computing, big data and cyber operations technologies to assist C4ISR and intelligence organizations in innovating and implementing cost effective mission solutions.

“We are excited about this acquisition and the opportunity to combine our capabilities into one great company,” said Randy Korich, CEO, NetCentric. “This investment is a vote of confidence in our team members and in our united commitment to accelerate access to big data, cyber security and cloud computing technology, expertise and support to the federal market.”

NetCentric’s highly skilled team of software developers and systems engineers possess extensive experience in cloud computing, big data analytics, information assurance and security engineering. With a focus on meeting the demanding needs of the DoD’s C4ISR domain, NetCentric is leading the system design, integration, and fielding of technologies all the way to the tactical edge.
