InCadence Strategic Solutions has been named one of the Washington, DC area’s “50 Great Places to Work” by Washingtonian Magazine.

“Our employees are the heart of our company and we are very proud to receive this award from Washingtonian Magazine. At InCadence, we strive for a positive workplace environment that both empowers and motivates our employees,” said Sandra Corbett, Chief Executive Officer of InCadence.

InCadence is a Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) founded in 2009 and headquartered in Northern, VA. It specializes in providing cutting edge technical solutions, deep functional and domain subject matter expertise, operational intelligence and high-end engineering services for our government and commercial clients.

This year’s 50 winning workplaces were chosen on the basis of such measures as: generous pay and benefits, challenging and interesting work, great work/life balance, opportunities to learn and grow, financial stability, commitment to charity and community, and the recognition and respect given to employees.

Washingtonian Magazine’s list of the best places to work appears in the December 2013 issue.
