According to a company press release, Ed Casey, Chief Transformation Officer of Serco Group plc, has been named acting CEO of Serco Group plc. Chris Hyman resigned from the position earlier today.
Casey was named Chairman and CEO of Serco Inc.’s North America division in 2005 and moved to the role of Chief Transformation Officer on October 16th 2013.
