    Dominion Business Solutions, Inc. Announces Merger with Integrated Business Consulting

    Dominion Business Solutions, Inc. (DBS), a management and information technology consulting firm, has merged with Integrated Business Consulting (IBC) to expand its range of services and customer base. DBS and IBC will operate under the distinctive name IBC, a DBS Company.

    IBC, a program management, training, and management consulting services business, has been instrumental in the successful management, implementation, education and transition of ERP expertise for its many public sector and commercial customers.

    Together, the two companies have more than 15 years of experience assisting customers with managing and delivering enterprise information technology transformational programs.

    Management from both DBS and IBC will continue in leadership roles within the business. Dan Maguire, J.P. Foley and John Crumrine from DBS will serve on the Board of Directors with IBC co-founders Todd Barber and George Hagstoz.

    Dan Maguire will serve as President of the combined company and Tim Spadafore will serve as Chief Operating Officer. As Managing Principals, J.P. Foley will lead all Business Development activities, while George Hagstoz, Todd Barber, Todd Schuerhoff and Glen Lyle will ensure delivery excellence across the IBC service lines. John Crumrine will serve as the Chief Financial Officer.
