MicroPact Inc. has today welcomed Gary Libby as the firm’s Senior Business Development Executive. In his new role, Libby will focus on business development within the U.S. Defense and Intelligence communities for MicroPact.

“We have a strong reputation within both of these communities because of our data-first approach to case management,” said Kris Collo, CEO and founder of MicroPact. “Our stellar performance record, which is based on years of delivering secure technology solutions to federal agencies, combined with Gary’s knowledge and experience will lead to significant opportunities for us. We are thrilled to have Gary join our team, and look forward to his contributions to MicroPact’s continued growth.”

Libby has more than 15 years of experience working with major defense and civilian agencies and previously served as Senior Director of Business Development for the Center of Organizational Excellence Inc. (COE), a management and technology consulting firm. Prior to the COE, Libby was Vice President of Government Services at Military Data Solutions where he was responsible for $125 million in total contract awards. He also served as the Regional Vice President of AMN Healthcare Inc.

“There is a real need for proven dynamic case management solutions within defense and intelligence agencies,” said Libby. “The entellitrak platform meets that need because it is designed around the data and not the process.”
