Vistronix announced today that Ronald C. Jones (“Ron”) has joined the company as Chief Strategy Officer and Vice Chair of the Board of Directors. Jones most recently served as the Executive Vice President for Strategy and Corporate Development at Sotera Defense Solutions. He has more than 30 years of experience working in the national security market.

Prior to joining Sotera, served as Senior Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development, and was a member of the Board of Directors for Gray Hawk Systems, Inc. He previously worked at Veridian Corporation as Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Development.
Vistronix also announced other management moves at the firm that include the promotion of John Hassoun to Corporate President, Kevin Wideman to President of the Federal Civil Business Unit, and Ty Schieber to President of the Defense Business Unit. In addition, the company recently hired and named Tom Lydon Senior Vice President for Business Development and Ted Timberlake as the Corporate General Counsel.
