This week ended with the news that Mark Gerencser, Executive Vice President of Booz Allen Hamilton, is set to retire June 30th. Other executive moves this week include Larry Prior joining CSC as Vice President and General Manager of the firm’s Defense and Intelligence Groups. Also, General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems (GD AIS) recently appointed Thomas W. Kirchmaier President of the firm’s Advanced Information Systems. He succeeds Lewis F. Von Thaer, who resigned in April.

In this week’s M&A activity, Information Innovators Inc. (Triple-i) announced its acquisition of GoldBot Consulting Inc. The acquisition is intended to strengthen and expand Triple-i’s solutions portfolio and IT offerings to its Federal Government customers.
