Pragmatics recently announced it has received the 2013 American Technology Award in the IT Services and Consulting category from the TechAmerica Foundation. The award was presented June 20th at a gala event at the Ronald Reagan Building in Washington, D.C.

The IT Services and Consulting category highlights products or services that support the design, architecture, network, communications, infrastructure, or integration of IT services/products. The awards are made based on the basis of a thorough evaluation by industry experts and technology leaders.

“Pragmatics is the well-deserved recipient of the American Technology Award for outstanding achievement in IT Services and Consulting,” said Shawn Osborne, chairman, TechAmerica Foundation. “The competition in this category was exceptional. We’re proud to be able to honor their hard work.”

Pragmatic Agility combines the discipline and repeatable, continuous improvement practices of CMMI Level 5 with the flexibility of agile development.

“Pragmatics is honored to receive this important award,” said Dr. Long Nguyen, CEO, Pragmatics. “We use Pragmatic Agility to deliver high-quality software in short iterations, enabling our customers to quickly assess new capabilities and refine requirements as needed. This leads to the rapid delivery of high-quality, useful software solutions.”
