MicroPact has partnered with Citizant to expand the availability of the entellitrak software platform within the federal government. As part of the partnership, Citizant will exclusively promote entellitrak as the case management or BPM platform within the IRS and work with MicroPact to create new opportunities for both companies.

“Citizant is a trusted resource within the federal agencies it serves and, like MicroPact, is known to have deep relationships within federal agencies such as the IRS,” said Kris Collo, CEO, president and founder of MicroPact. “We believe that this partnership is a natural fit, extending the presence of their implementation services and our entellitrak software within these agencies.”

With entellitrak, an organization can begin with a traditional process modeling approach or by configuring business applications immediately before adding new rules and processes. The software provides a continuous spectrum of case management and business process management solutions, giving agencies the flexibility to start development initiatives from a variety of points in the process.

“Our clients often seek enterprise-class case management and BPM solutions as part of their business transformation initiatives,” said Jeffrey Beyer, chief operating officer of Citizant. “We look forward to combining our mission-focused implementation services with MicroPact’s proven software platform while leveraging our existing relationships within federal agencies to extend our joint reach.”
