SRA Recognized as an Excellent Place to Work for the 5th Consecutive Year

Bill Ballhaus, CEO, SRA International

For the fifth consecutive year, SRA International has been named an excellent place to work by Diversity Communications Inc.’s Alliance for Workplace Excellence. The firm was also recognized as a multi-year honoree for the Health and Wellness Trailblazer and Ecoleadership awards, as well as this year’s Diversity Champion award.

“This recognition is particularly gratifying for all of us at SRA,” said Bill Ballhaus, president and CEO, SRA. “Our employees are deeply committed to the work we do for our government customers and regularly demonstrate their passion for service in the communities where we live and work.”

The Alliance for Workplace Excellence has recognized the D.C. Metro area’s excellent workplaces for the past 14 years. Criteria to receive the award include prioritizing workplace excellence, employee health and wellness, creating sustainable workplaces, and diversity and inclusion. The Alliance will present awards to this year’s 68 honorees at its annual luncheon on Wednesday, May 15, 2013 in Bethesda, Md.

“SRA is thrilled to be recognized by the Alliance for Workplace Excellence,” said John Reing, senior vice president of Human Resources at SRA. “These awards speak to the strength of SRA’s culture, and our ethic of Honesty and Service. This recognition underscores the value our employees find in our comprehensive wellness programs, our innovative health rewards, and SRA’s commitment to giving back to the communities where we live and work.”
