Kelly Harris has today been appointed Director of Corporate Development at Spear, Inc. Harris will be responsible for the development and implementation of innovative marketing and communications programs to build Spear Inc.’s brand. The executive will also lead the continued growth of Spear’s presence in the industry through targeted campaigns and relationship nurturing with industry partners and the firm’s expanding customer base.

“With Spear having just celebrated its one-year anniversary, we are delighted for this timely appointment of Kelly to lead Spear’s corporate development,” said  Richard Pineda, chief executive officer and co-founder of Spear. “Kelly will have a key role in the execution of Spear’s corporate strategy for driving growth and recognition in the marketplace.”

Harris will be involved with advancing the existing Spear business development team by leading competitive analysis, conducting customer research and forming and strengthening partner alliances. Prior to her current role, Harris served as Alliance Marketing Manager at Intelligent Decisions, where she managed and executed key marketing programs to grow and develop industry penetration and partner relationships.

“We are very proud that Kelly has selected Spear as an organization to continue to advance her career,” said Gino Antonelli, chief operating officer and co-founder of Spear. “Our company will achieve dramatic advancements in its position within the federal IT marketplace, realize continued recognition by its business partners and increase company growth by having Kelly as part of our Spear team.”
