Ron Costella has today been appointed AMERICAN SYSTEMS VP and executive director of the Human Capital and Managed Services Training & Operational Services Segment. He will be responsible for providing leadership to the business segment, as well as developing and executing a growth strategy to strengthen the company’s position, influence and market share in areas that include security assistance training for the DOD and State Department.

“We’re thrilled to have someone with Ron’s credentials and experience return to AMERICAN SYSTEMS,” said Jason Frye, general manager of the company’s Human Capital & Managed Services Business Unit. “Our Training & Operational Services Segment is a strategic business area for us, and I am confident that we will see continued growth under Ron’s leadership.”
