    John Hassoun, Vistronix

John Hassoun is the new Corporate President of Vistronix, a leading mid-tier national security company. In this role, Hassoun will be responsible for the company’s business units and corporate support functions, and will report to company CEO Deepak Hathiramani.

Hassoun will also oversee the integration of Technology Associates International Corporation (the company’s latest acquisition).

“It was part of our strategy to make John our corporate president after the Technology Associates acquisition,” said Hathiramani, CEO. “Leveraging John’s experience and strong strategic focus will help Vistronix break into new, key markets. His promotion lays the groundwork for future growth and expansion in the federal marketplace.”

Hassoun, who has more than 25 years of corporate experience in executive management, corporate strategy and business development, business operations and program management, joined Vistronix in July 2012. Then, he was Executive VP for corporate development, tasked to accelerate the company’s growth. He currently is on the board of directors for Aegis, LLC.

Prior to Vistronix, Hassoun was co-CEO of ATS Corporation, CEO of Global Integrated Security, and CEO of Olive Group, beginning his career as a program manager with the U.S. Air Force.

“I look forward to supporting Vistronix and our vision to compete in the federal space as a mid-tier company that helps customers meet their security challenges,” said John Hassoun. “I am honored to be a part of our company’s exciting transformation.”

Hassoun has a master’s degree in Human Factors and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Wright State University.
