    MicroPact and IntelliDyne Announce Strategic Alliance; Combining BPM Software With IT Consulting Services

    MicroPact and IntelliDyne have a strategic alliance combining MicroPact’s case and business process management (BPM) software development with IntelliDyne’s market-leading IT consulting services to strengthen the service offerings of both companies to the federal government. Specifically, the Department of Defense (DoD), Department of Homeland Security, and the healthcare program for Uniformed Service members, retirees, and their families, TRICARE.

    “IntelliDyne is highly respected within the federal contracting and consulting space and is known for using its wealth of industry experience to provide innovative technology solutions,” said CEO, President, and Founder of MicroPact, Kris Collo. “We believe that by partnering with IntelliDyne both MicroPact and IntelliDyne will be poised to expand their presence within the DoD and various civilian agencies.”

    “Our clients seek business impact with each and every challenge,” said Stephen Alfieris, IntelliDyne CEO. “We look forward to combining our subject matter expertise as trusted IT advisors to Government, along with MicroPact’s proven software platform to deliver high-value case and business process solutions.”

    IntelliDyne, LLC and  MicroPact will focus primarily on application development and business process management.
