Decision Lens has named John Kealey, former CEO of Vivisimo, CEO of the company, effective October 1. Decision Lens is a leading provider of Web-based collaborative decision making software.
Company co-founder John Saaty, who grew Decision Lens from a start-up to a leader in collaborative decision making, remains in the senior leadership as President and Chairman of the Board. Other Decision Lens senior executive positions are unchanged.

Kealey has over 25 years of senior executive experience in technology and communications. Most recently, Kealey ran Vivisimo, and during his time there, won achievement in his recognition as a finalist for âExecutive of the Year in 2011â at the American Business Awards. He has also been CEO of satellite based technology company iDirect Technologies, was selected by Via Satellite magazine as the â2004 Satellite Executive of the Year,â and chosen The Ernst and Young Washington DC Area Communications âEntrepreneur of the Yearâ for 2005.
Kealey began his career at Coopers & Lybrand and holds an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis.
