Deltek, Inc., a leading global provider of enterprise software and information solutions for professional services firms and government contractors, had its annual Insight Conference, held this year in Nashville, Tenn., from October 15th to 18th at the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center.
The conference is a forum to discuss industry ideas and get a chance to network with business peers, whether they be executives, analysts, consultants, or more. But the conference also offers “breakout sessions” in government contracting and professional services, and the best practices, industry trends, and solutions that might go along with them.
This year, Deltek made a number of announcements regarding new software, contract wins, and new customers. Specifically, they discussed the launch of two platforms that empower government contractors to win more business: GovWin Capture Solutions, a comprehensive business development and capture solutions suite, and GovWin IQ, a research and information platform.
“Once again, Deltek’s annual user conference was an incredibly successful event, bringing together the largest gathering of project-focused professionals in the world,” said Kevin Iaquinto, CMO and Senior Vice President at Deltek.
“Insight 2012 featured a comprehensive program of over 350 breakout sessions, over 30 industry-leaders exhibiting at our Insight Expo Hall, and hundreds of presentations from industry thought leaders. Deltek graciously thanks our compelling lineup of speakers, our sponsors and the thousands of customer attendees that came to Insight from around the world. We are also excited to unveil our first Virtual Insight, featuring the best sessions of Insight 2012 that now can be viewed on-demand. With Insight 2012 in the rear view mirror, we are now actively planning next year’s event. We are looking forward to holding our user conference at a new location next October when Insight 2013 moves to the Gaylord Texan near Dallas, TX.”
The winners of Deltek’s Annual Project Excellence Awards Program were also announced, as was a new strategic partnership with Compusearch Software Systems.
