The Intelligence and National Security Alliance (INSA) announced that the Rebalance Task Force Leadership Dinner scheduled for Tuesday, October 30, featuring Lieutenant General Michael T. Flynn, has been postponed. INSA hopes to reschedule for the week of November 26th.
