    Kristoffer Collo, MicroPact CEO

Enterprise software firm, MicroPact, will host its tenth annual conference on managing the equal employment opportunity 462 complaint form on Sept. 12 at the Marriott Metro Center in Washington, D.C.

According to the company’s website, 90 percent of federal equal employment opportunity complaints are filed using its icomplaints software for case management.

The event, which starts with a continental breakfast at 8:15 a.m. and includes lunch and other refreshments, will feature information about the most recent equal employment opportunity processing tools, a question-and-answer session with industry leaders and networking.

There will also be classes to teach users how to get the most out of icomplaints. For those new to the software, track 1 covers basic training, while track 2 is for those interested in advanced courses such as “The New Diversity and Inclusion Initiative.”

Registration is $189 and can be completed online.
