The U.S. Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Atlantic has awarded Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) a prime contract. The science, engineering and technology company will help with systems, software and logistical support for the Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection Systems.

“We look forward to providing SSC Atlantic with world-class physical security and force protection capabilities where security is of high or vital interest,” said John Thomas, SAIC senior vice president and business unit general manager.

The indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract is for one year, with a possibility of up to four more years and has a ceiling value of $224 million.
