    Dan Ford

    CEO, Capgemini Government Solutions

Dan Ford was appointed as CEO of Capgemini Government Solutions this year, and his most valued achievements so far center on driving speed to mission for the nation’s service members and national security personnel.

With a keen focus on applied solutions for the mission, Ford is building a multigenerational organization known for commercial innovation at commercial speed for U.S. federal clients.

    Why Watch

Ford and the CGS team have unique capabilities where they can leverage advanced technologies like artificial intelligence, quantum computing and real-time 3D focused on creating competitive overmatch for the U.S. mission.

“The GovTech market is poised for significant transformation in 2025, and federal clients are ready for this next round of technology transformation that will drive real change for the federal mission,” Ford said. “Collaboration is at the heart of transformation, and CGS will bring our extensive cross-sector expertise, global technology partnerships and innovative small business partners to enable federal agencies to operate more efficiently, strategically and swiftly.”

Fun fact: As an MIT-trained systems engineer, Ford is passionate about the role of technology in maintaining the United States’ competitive edge as a global leader. To this end, he volunteers his time with the MIT Club of Washington, D.C., where he serves as the science chair for the K-12 initiative focused on improving the participation and performance of younger students in science, technology, engineering and math.
