Novetta Solutions has made Richard Sawchak its new chief financial officer and corporate secretary. Sawchak will oversee financial and IT management issues at the company, which provides software and IT services to support national security.
“Rich’s technology focused experience as a CFO with private equity backed and publicly traded company experience is a perfect fit for Novetta,” said CEO Peter LaMontagne. “In addition, Rich’s work ethic and mission-focus also make him a terrific complement to the executive team at Novetta.”
Sawchak joined the company from Shafer Corporation, where he was CFO and executive vice president in charge of finance and human resources. He has a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurial Finance and Strategic Cost Management from Babson College.
