Intelligent Decisions (ID), Inc. has won the Cisco Channel Customer Satisfaction Excellence award for the third straight year. Companies must receive a 99% satisfaction rating from Cisco customer feedback in order to be eligible for the award and it is the highest distinction a Cisco partner can achieve.  ID is a Cisco Gold Certified Partner as well as a top level customer-focused partner.

The company’s new distinction will now be displayed within Cisco’s Partner Locator software, and will  differentiate ID from its competitors.

“We are proud to be a valued partner of Cisco and to receive their prestigious Channel Customer Satisfaction Excellence award for the third year in a row,” said president and CEO of ID, Harry Martin. “Together with Cisco we work to provide our clients with the highest level of customer service because it is, without question, the foundation of continued success for all businesses.”

ID maintains an ongoing strategic partnership with Cisco, working together with advanced technologies, including Unified Communications, Wireless LAN, Security, Routing and Switching, Data Center Storage Networking, Virtualization and Telepresence.
